Questionnaire based Analysis about Leadership
Introduction
We were given an assignment in our leadership course to analyze on three topics. First was about communication, second was about the motivational factors that work for you and third was about the understanding about diversity at work and any experience related to it. This was a learning experience for me as it required us to observe our behavioral pattern and analyze ourselves efficiently. This assignment was quite simple as we were provided with all the data and rubrics and we were only required to be honest with our answers and calculate the results. My scores were high in motivation and diversity questionnaire whereas moderate in communication one. Practicing the qualities of an efficient leader we all identified our strengths and weaknesses and formulated a course of action to improve on them.
Reflection
This assignment was an interesting one and it was fun to do it as I learned about my own behavior and traits. I was amazed at the results as some of my communication dysfunctionalities were correctly identified which motivated me to resolve the issue. I realized that failing at communication might be drastic when I was leading a group, so I felt happy to be able to work on this and improve my communication skills. I would suggest to all the other students attempting this assignment that the key to any learning at all from this task solely depends on answer the questionnaire with utter honesty. So that they can identify their weakness and work on improving that. As for myself, I will work on my communication skills and take the questionnaire again to see if there has been any improvement in my score.

Report on Leadership Behavior:
Introduction
In this assignment, we were asked to analyze our own leadership behavior with the help of given different leadership theories. In this, we had to decide whether we fall in task-oriented leader category or people-oriented leaders’ category. It was given so that students can learn about their own leadership style. I studied different theories and answered certain quizzes as well to come out to any conclusion.
Reflection:
This assignment helped me in learning different leadership behaviors and styles. I als got a chance to learn about my own leadership personality traits and behaviors. I also learned about my strengths and weaknesses as a leader from this task. If I ever get a chance repeat this assignment in future, I will study the theories in detail to better understand my leadership personality traits. I suggest others to take part in different quizzes regarding leadership and keep on reading different theories as it will help them in future.

Comparative Analysis of a Leader
Introduction
In this assignment, we had to compare the leadership traits of our personality with the leadership traits of our favorite leader. It was one interesting task for us. It was given so that students can learn about leadership in a detailed manner and can see where the stand in terms of leadership. I chose Warren buffet for this task as he is one of the greatest leader and tried my best to support my common traits with my favorite leader by giving personal life examples
Reflection:
It was a great learning experience for me while doing this assignment as I learned a lot about my leadership skills and qualities and also gathered certain points which should be adapted in my personality to become more like my favorite leader. If I repeat this assignment, I would make a comparison with some other leaders as well so that I can have an idea which leader’s personality is similar to mine which will help to make my assignment stronger. I suggest others to choose the leader wisely and do give examples which shows the similarities between you both.

Leadership Styles
Introduction
In this assignment we were given the task of writing a precise and informative essay on Leadership styles. I got confused with some of the leadership styles thus I asked for my instructors help regarding the theories of leadership styles. First, I wrote a descriptive essay with quotes from famous leaders and writes of leadership and then I aided my essay with adequate examples of each leadership style. I included some examples from the life of Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), Barack Obama, Nelson Mandela, and Mahatma Gandhi etc. this assignment required a grip on research and writing skills to effective seek and present relevant examples to support the theories highlighted in the essay.
Reflection
This task increased my knowledge of leadership styles and examples from great leaders of the world. I enjoyed doing it a lot. I also interacted with common people who are not famous for their leadership but are excelling nonetheless in their personal circles in a leadership role. It gave me a first hand and enriching experience of leadership styles and what works best as per different situations. I suggest my fellow students to take this assignment as an opportunity to learn about leadership with the help of examples of leaders from around the globe. If I were to do again, I would take two elaborate examples of any two leaders with different styles and would compare and contrast to analyze how effective they proved to be in their capacity.
